These Terms and Conditions govern your use of pkrbat. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any bets. Using the platform means you have read and accepted these terms in full.

pkrbat is strictly for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to register an account, deposit funds or place any bet. If we find an account belongs to someone under 18, it will be closed and all funds voided.
Every deposit, bet, winning and withdrawal at pkrbat is processed in Pakistani Rupees. There is no currency conversion. Your PKR balance is always what it shows — no exchange rate adjustments are applied at any stage.
All bonuses and promotions at pkrbat come with wagering requirements and game contribution rates. These are stated on the Promotions page. Bonuses are not automatically withdrawable — they must be played through as described in the offer terms.
Each player is allowed one pkrbat account. Duplicate accounts, accounts registered with false information or accounts shared between people are not permitted. Any accounts found to be in violation will be closed.
Withdrawals can only be made to a payment account registered in your own name. You cannot withdraw to a third party's JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank account or card. This applies to all withdrawal methods without exception.
pkrbat uses certified RNG for all Casino and Slot games. Attempting to exploit software bugs, using automated betting systems not permitted by the platform, or coordinating play to manipulate outcomes is a breach of these Terms.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and pkrbat ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing pkrbat at pkrbat.win, registering an account, making a deposit or placing any bet, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to these Terms in their entirety.
These Terms apply to all sections of the pkrbat platform including the Game Lobby, Casino, Live Casino, Slot Games, and any Promotions offered. Additional terms specific to individual promotions are published on the Promotions page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use pkrbat. We recommend keeping a copy of these Terms for your records. The most current version is always available at pkrbat.win/terms-conditions.
Note: These Terms are written in English for Pakistani players (en-PK). In the event of any ambiguity, the English version is the authoritative text.
You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of pkrbat. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. pkrbat takes age verification seriously and may request documentation to confirm your age at any point. Accounts found to belong to individuals under 18 will be immediately closed and all associated funds will be voided.
pkrbat is operated for Pakistani players. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the platform is permitted under the laws applicable to you in your location. pkrbat does not make representations about the legal status of online gaming in any particular jurisdiction. Access to pkrbat from jurisdictions where online gaming is explicitly prohibited is not permitted.
You must provide accurate, truthful and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, address and contact details. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and will result in account closure. All funds in an account closed for this reason will be forfeited.
Important: pkrbat is strictly for players aged 18 and above. We have zero tolerance for underage access. If you know of a minor attempting to use pkrbat, please contact our support team immediately.
Each individual player is permitted to hold one pkrbat account only. If you already have an account and register a second one — whether using the same or different personal details — both accounts may be closed and any balances forfeited. If you have forgotten your login credentials, use the account recovery option rather than creating a new account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your username or password with anyone. pkrbat staff will never ask for your full password. Any activity carried out using your login credentials is your responsibility, whether authorised by you or not. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact support immediately.
pkrbat may request identity verification documents at any stage — including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or if unusual account activity is detected. Acceptable documents include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification when requested may result in withdrawal requests being held pending completion.
You may request to close your pkrbat account at any time by contacting customer support. Any balance remaining in a verified account at the time of closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method. If your account is closed by pkrbat due to a breach of these Terms, the treatment of remaining funds will depend on the specific circumstances and the nature of the breach.
Self-Exclusion: If you wish to take a break from gaming, pkrbat offers self-exclusion options. Visit the Responsible Gaming page for details on how to set limits or request a temporary suspension of your account.
pkrbat accepts deposits in PKR through the following payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer, debit/credit cards and mobile wallets. All deposit methods available to your account are displayed on the deposit screen after login. Availability of specific methods may vary.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of depositing and may vary by payment method. You must meet the stated minimum for the method you select. Deposits below the minimum threshold will not be processed and will be returned.
Most deposits via JazzCash, Easypaisa and Raast are credited to your pkrbat account within minutes of the transaction being confirmed on the payment provider's side. Bank Transfer deposits may take longer depending on standard inter-bank processing times. pkrbat is not responsible for delays caused by the payment provider's own processing times.
All deposits are processed in PKR. There is no currency conversion at any stage. The amount you send is the amount that appears in your pkrbat balance, less any fees charged by your payment provider (if applicable). pkrbat does not add any hidden charges to deposit transactions.
Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. pkrbat does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an account not matching your registration details, it may be reversed and your account suspended pending investigation.
pkrbat does not charge a deposit fee on its end. If your JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank charges a small transaction fee, that is applied by them and is outside pkrbat's control.
To process a withdrawal, your account must be fully verified. This includes identity verification and confirmation that your registered payment method belongs to you. Withdrawals requested before verification is complete will be held until verification is finalised.
Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, unless you contact support to request a change. Supported withdrawal channels include JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, Bank Transfer and cards. Withdrawals to a third-party account are not permitted under any circumstances.

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. The specific requirements are stated in the relevant promotion on the Promotions page. Real money funds deposited by you are not subject to wagering requirements and can be withdrawn at any time, subject to the verification conditions above.
pkrbat reserves the right to conduct additional security checks before processing large withdrawals. This is a standard fraud prevention measure and does not imply any wrongdoing on your part.
All bonuses and promotional offers available at pkrbat are subject to specific terms including wagering requirements, minimum deposit thresholds, game contribution rates, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry periods. These are published on the Promotions page for each active offer.
Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, depending on the offer) must be played through before any winnings from that bonus can be withdrawn. Different game types contribute differently to wagering requirements. Slot Games typically contribute 100% of each bet staked. Live Casino and table games may contribute at a lower rate or not at all — this is stated in each individual offer's terms.
pkrbat operates a strict policy against bonus abuse. This includes but is not limited to: registering multiple accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; using techniques such as low-risk hedging bets across multiple outcomes to clear wagering requirements without genuine play; or coordinating with other players to manipulate bonus outcomes. Accounts found to be abusing bonuses will have those bonuses voided and may be closed.
All bonuses have an expiry period from the date of being credited to your account. If wagering requirements are not completed within this period, the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your balance. The expiry period for each bonus is clearly stated in its specific terms on the Promotions page.
pkrbat reserves the right to modify, withdraw or replace any promotion at any time. Bonuses already credited to an account and in the process of being wagered through will not be retroactively altered. New promotions and changes to ongoing promotions are published on the Promotions page.
All RNG (Random Number Generator) Casino and Slot games available on pkrbat use certified random number generation systems. Live Casino games are conducted with physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels and real dealers — in a professionally operated studio environment. The platform does not interfere with game outcomes.
Return to Player percentages are published for Casino games in the lobby where available. RTP is a theoretical long-run figure describing how a game is designed to pay over a very large number of rounds — it is not a prediction or guarantee of what you will win or lose in any individual session. Short-term results will differ from RTP figures.
A bet is considered confirmed and binding once it has been accepted by the platform and a confirmation is displayed on your screen. You are responsible for checking your bets before confirming them. Bets cannot be cancelled once placed and confirmed.
In the rare event of a technical malfunction affecting a game — such as a disconnection during a round or a software error — pkrbat will investigate the incident. In confirmed malfunction cases, the affected round may be voided and the staked amount returned to your balance. pkrbat's decision on technical malfunction cases is final.
Each game has its own minimum and maximum bet limits displayed within the game interface. You may not place bets outside of these stated limits. Maximum bet restrictions also apply while a bonus is active on your account — these are stated in the relevant bonus terms on the Promotions page.

If pkrbat determines that your account has been used in violation of these conduct rules, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close the account, void any pending bets, withhold or void any balance including winnings, and report the activity to relevant authorities if required. The determination of misconduct is at pkrbat's reasonable discretion and decisions made in good faith are final.
When contacting pkrbat customer support, you are expected to communicate respectfully. Abusive, threatening or harassing language directed at support staff is not acceptable and may result in restrictions being placed on your account.

By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You may request access to or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting customer support, subject to any legal retention obligations that apply.
pkrbat uses industry-standard security measures to protect player data and payment information. We do not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Payment details are processed through secure channels and are not stored in full on pkrbat's systems.
pkrbat provides the platform on an "as is" basis. While we make reasonable efforts to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced where possible.
pkrbat's liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. pkrbat is not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of expected winnings.
pkrbat is not liable for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet connectivity issues on the player's side, mobile device malfunctions, power outages, or delays caused by third-party payment providers.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud or any other matter that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.
pkrbat reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the updated Terms will be published at pkrbat.win/terms-conditions with a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of the page. Significant changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details on their account.
Continued use of pkrbat after updated Terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you should stop using the platform and request account closure.
